Working with BB&T

I have been working with BB&T's User Experience Research Benchmarking team since May 2017. Since then, I have been involved in over a dozen projects evaluating BB&T's web presence.

While I cannot share specific details about those projects, I have been approved to share the following letter, which was submitted to the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society as part of my application packet for the 2018 Student Member with Honors award.

The letter describes (broadly) my contributions to each project as well as an innovative method I developed to manually collect and analyze clickstream data for moderated in-person and remote studies.
