Federico Scholcover ("we," "us") provides an SMS text message notification service ("the Service") that sends opted-in phone numbers personal life-management notifications generated by home automation projects. Message categories include, but are not limited to: weather-triggered pet care alerts (based on National Weather Service data), household chore/task reminders, appointment reminders, and delivery or due-date notifications.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from the Service at the phone number provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, as this Service does not involve any purchase.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies depending on real-world conditions and scheduled events relevant to each notification category (e.g., local weather conditions, chore schedules, appointment dates) and is not sent on a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving these messages.
Opt-Out / Cancellation
You may cancel the Service at any time by texting STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. To re-subscribe, text START.
